Garden of five senses during evening @ Delhi , INDIA

Garden of Five Senses is a nice place maintained by Delhi Tourism and more popular among couples. There are some nice sculptures installed around the garden and look wonderful during evenings. I am not sure if these are lit everyday or for some special occasions.

A colorful flower from garden of Five Senses, Delhi, INDIA

This photograph was clicked in 2007 when I had just started carrying camera with me :) ... It was an office outing some of friends. Although place is mainly for couples who need privacy in crowded cities like Delhi, but we didn't disturb them. Garden of Five senses has nice collection of flowers and plants.

Values in Next Generation Indians !!!

She is Anisha Berry and great nature lover. Although I am not sure if plantation is her main passion or not, but she had a nice garden at her home and love to take care of her plants. She believes in applying her education in life and do things practically. She has learned a lot about Go Green n related stuff, but she wanted to apply that... I had a quick chat with her and she is really a sweet girl who thinks lot about our nature and environment. It feels really great after meeting such kids who have real passion for nature and also applying all good morals in life... Kudos to Anisha and hope other children will learn from her !!!

Journey started with Flowers now...

For last few months, I have been shooting Flowers for different clients for different purposes... If you are regular visitor to tis blog, you may have noticed that client work is not shared on this blog and most of the casual work is showcased. This is again a very casual shot, but somehow I liked it as compared to other well-polished flower-shots which are delivered to the clients. For next few days, you may see various types of flowers, although I would not be able to add much information about various varieties...

Is there anyu relationship between Monsoons-2010 and Common Wealth Games 2010?

Noida parks flooded with water after rains 2010 - Sector-26 : Monsoon Effect in Noida : Posted by VJ SHARMA at www.travellingcamera.com : This weekend I had to go for a Photo-Walk at Old Fort in Delhi but due to heavy rains I canceled that program and woke up at 11:30 am on Sunday... After that I came out and noticed that many areas in my sector were flooded with water and the park near my house was completely filled with rain water in it.. Here are few photographs of the Sector-26 park after rains on Sunday...Here was the first few I saw in the morning... and then want back to my room to have Camera for capturing these moments :-)One part of Sector-26 park in Noida... where everything is flooded in water and one can walk on the concrete pathways on all four sides...I have seen worst condition of Noida after rains this year... I have been staying here for last 5 years and never seen this kind of after-effects of rains... Noida which is short for the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, is an area under the management of the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority... Noida has first-class amenities and is considered to be one of the more modern cities of Uttar Pradesh State of India. It is also home to the Noida Film City...Arre bhai kahan jaoon.. har jagah Paani hi Paani...Fresh green leaves after rains...When it rains, look up rather than down. Without the rain, there would be no rainbow...Noida is a major hub for multinational firms outsourcing IT services... Many large Software and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies have their offices in the city...Generally noida is green and well planned as compared to other cities in UP.... although many of outsiders don't find it a good city to live...Here is the bench where we used to spend lot of time after dinner... Many times plan for morning walks but finally stick to this bench....Rains, Rains go away... please...some reflections inside the water... Hope it gets dry in short time...Reflection of colorful benches in Sector-26 Park in Noida...Water, Water... Everywhere water... no place to sit and no place to play around...Can we store this water somewhere? Many times I see folks in Sector-26 who waste lot of water for washing their multiple cars in summers when some of the areas in Noida doesn't get enough water for their routine activities... but now rains have already washed their cars :-)Its sad that children were not able to enjoy/play outside due to these heavy rains... Check out more about Noida @ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Noida

Monsoons are gone now and evryone is out in these parks.... These will be just Frozen Moments for future....

We can see clearly now, the rain is gone... These are just FRZEN MOMENTS of 2010 Moonsoons...
